Refund Information
NON-REFUND POLICY
- Once Bundle is successfully loaded onto a number it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The same applies if the bundle is successfully submitted to the recharge engine but due to delay is not yet loaded. Once it is submitted it cannot be refunded.
WHAT HAPPENS IF BUNDLE FAILS AND THE ORDER IS PAID
- If this bundle is the only bundle in the order we will cancel the order and the customer can choose to be credited or refunded
- If the customer is credited, the funds can be used automatically for future orders
- If there are other successfully loaded bundles, we will cancel only the failed bundles and the customer can choose to be credited or refunded
- When the customer paid by Credit Card the ONLY option is refund. Credit option is not available.
- Credit account option is only available on EFT and Prepaid EFT options.
