FIRST TIME ORDERS

 

  • Orders below R300 will be delivered instantly
  • Orders equal or bigger than R300 will be subject to initial verification, which can take up to 4 hours during working time and longer after hours
  • If you need the verification sooner than that please send email or call us ONLY during working time. After hours text whastapp 087 330 1155 with your order number
  • Upon successful verification the customer's account will be cleared for instant delivery
  • Every so often this limit of R300 is reduced when we pickup increased fraudulent activity. 

 

INSTANT PIN-LESS DELIVERY

 

  • Instant delivery: if the customer account is cleared or the order is less than R300, it will be delivered within 1 to 5 minutes
  • PIN-less: it is directly loaded to your SIM and no pin is required

 

WHAT SIMS CAN BE LOADED

 

  • Only Pre-Paid SIMs can be successfully delivered
  • MANY of the hybrid and top-up SIMs that can also be recharged, but since the conditions vary for each network and type of SIM they have we cannot commit to that. However you are free to try and if it does not work we will either credit your account or refund you.

 

WHEN DO BUNDLES EXPIRE

 

  • Airtime: does not expire, but some SIM cards may have condition restricting from loading airtime. 
  • Data: usually expires in 30 calendar days from day of successful loading, however the conditions can very for different networks and the days can vary too. You can click also on the "i" info button to check the specific conditions of a bundle. 

 

REASONS FOR WHICH BUNDLES ARE NOT DELIVERED

 

  • You have a contract SIM
  • You have type of top-up SIM that is not compatible with prepaid bundles
  • Your SIM is not activated
  • Your SIM has not been RICA
  • Your SIM has been RICA but you had not used it in 6 months and it had expired. You can contact the network provider and ask them if they can activate again.
  • Your SIM profile is corrupt
  • You did not enter correct SIM
  • You entered incorrect network. Please verify your network prior placing an order on the following site:

WHAT HAPPENS IF BUNDLE FAILS AND THE ORDER IS PAID

 

  • We can refund you (refer to Refund section)
  • We can credit your customer account so you can use the funds in future orders

 

REASONS FOR DELAYS IN LOADING THE BUNDLE

 

  • Every 1st and 2nd of every month there is a delay in loading bundles. This is caused by influx or beginning of month recharges on the side of our provider
  • In these 2 days loading the bundle after it was successfully submitted by the recharge engine of our provider can take between 1 and 8 hours.
  • Please plan for this and either submit earlier or be prepared to wait.
